Note, these are AI experiments and not to be considered my original artwork, but collaborative test sessions with ChatGPT and sometimes X Grok to visualize various scenes and characters from my novels Vestigial Surreality and Rood Der and the upcoming novel Portal Girl in the Vestigial Surreality Multiverse. Working with AI, I can detail and progressively perfect these scenes and characters to provide readers with depictions that are as close as possible to what percolated in my imagination while creating Vestigial Surreality. I have attempted such collaborative efforts with a variety of human artists and have never achieved this level of success, so I consider AI used this way to be an amazing gift, not necessarily in the quality of the artwork, but in bringing imagination to "artificial" life (which is really what happens anyway when reading a novel, only the product materializes to life in YOUR mind). What is posted on these pages is to be considered samples of translation from the text in the books into visual representations that most closely match my original imagination, and other images are meant as concept visualizations that present a "summing up" of ideas expressed in the Vestigial Surreality Multiverse.
